She has guided teams through rapid change, crises and leadership transitions. Christine mentors emerging leaders to seize pivotal moments with authenticity.
Known for her strategic, human-centered approach and a touch of humor, Christine's leadership focuses on communication, trust and stability, especially in challenging times. Her dedication to operational excellence and relationship-building helps her navigate complex organizations and connect the dots effectively with and for others.
Christine has led strategy development and implementation processes for small and medium sized school districts in California and Tennessee as well as start-up nonprofits and large, complex organizations with over $100 million operating budgets. Her approach blends design thinking, traditional project management and agile methodologies to ensure the strategy is both inspirational and pragmatic and monitoring routines are straightforward and effective.

Known for his ability to listen deeply, engage with curiosity and build trusting relationships, Stephen brings insight, warmth and a sense of purpose to every engagement. He is most energized when collaborating to solve complex challenges that enable individuals, leaders and teams to thrive.
As Partner of Education Equity Partnerships and Engagements at The Management Center (TMC), Stephen leads high-impact consulting engagements, partnering with CEOs and leadership teams to build more equitable, results-oriented organizations. His approach focuses on aligning strategic goals with management practices, ensuring sustainable growth and inclusive leadership.
Stephen is deeply committed to diversity, equity, inclusion and antiracism (DEIA), helping leaders cultivate self-awareness and build more equitable, inclusive organizations. With extensive experience designing and facilitating professional development, he has trained and coached hundreds of executives to embed DEIA principles into their leadership, management practices and organization strategy. His approach blends strategic coaching with a deep understanding of organizational change, equipping leaders with the tools to foster cultures of belonging and high performance.
Previously, as Chief of Schools for a large charter network and Principal of a high-performing school, Stephen honed his expertise in change management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, people management and development, while cultivating positive, mission-driven organizational cultures.
